Diane’s Lingerie is one of Vancouver’s leading intimate apparel retailers and has been providing quality customer service and exceptional fit expertise for over 30 years. In 2014, Citizen created positive PR coverage and buzz around the launch of Diane’s Lingerie’s re-brand and helped elevate awareness for the brand’s new look and feel.

The Ask

  • Generate positive PR coverage for the ‘Art of a Woman’ campaign and the overall re-brand for Diane’s Lingerie

What we did

  • Developed a list of media and influencers to take part in an exclusive and private body painting session – these prints were then displayed in our gallery exhibit and used in Diane’s branding (hang tags, store signage, etc.)
  • Managed media appointments and on-site support for the painting session
  • Handled media invitations, RSVPs and full event management
  • Managed media and influencer outreach post-event to secure coverage


  • Strong coverage for a rebrand – 1M earned media impressions
  • Key pieces of coverage included Vancouver Sun, Vancouver Courier, Urban Mommy, Real Weddings, Vancity Buzz, Style 9 to 5, Marketing Magazine, Strategy Magazine
  • Gallery event drove brand awareness among influencers and elevated brand perceptions
  • Social media engagement was strong (nearly 200,000 impressions)
