Luxury Supercar Weekend is one of Canada’s finest luxury events that showcases la crème de la crème of automotive, fashion, art, food, wine and spirits. Back for its fifth year in 2014, Citizen garnered positive media coverage and buzz around the constantly-growing event.

The Ask

  • Raise profile of L&SW, positioning it as a flagship Vancouver event
  • Support the drive for ticket sales and corporate sponsorships (majority of coverage to appear pre-event)
  • Build and main positive media and influencer relations

What we did

  • Identified top 15 contacts and conducted targeted media relations
  • Worked with event partners to ingrate messaging and trends
  • Fielded media requests and managed the accreditation process (100+ reporters)
  • Provided on-site support on media preview automotive roll-in and event day
