David Brodie has over 15 years experience in communications, having planned and executed large scale campaigns in every province and territory in Canada, as well as throughout Asia, Europe, the U.S., and Mexico. He has served as a senior advisor to the former Prime Minister of Canada, and has led successful initiatives for several federal and provincial agencies as well as globally recognized brands such as Gap, General Mills and Future Shop. He has extensive experience in crisis communications, media training and marketing and travel PR and an in-depth understanding of social media and online advocacy.
Senior Vice President & General Manager, Quebec
Over the past 25 years, Anik Trudel has been a commercial litigator with Canadian law firm Stikeman Elliott, ran her own executive coaching and brand development business, led the Quebec operations for a multi-national public relations firm and been the communications executive for an international clothing company. She’s literally seen every side of the table.
As a talented communicator, used to working on complex cases, she acquired strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, which she constantly leverages to the benefit of her clients. Besides her proven management skills, she also has extensive expertise in crisis prevention and management, and an innate ability to recognize and maximize the strengths of the teams she leads and motivate them through her renowned drive.
Among various other positions, Anik acts as Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Montreal Port Authority since 2008. Her passion for arts, generational issues and philosophy has also led her to sit on the boards of several charitable organizations, including the Fondation du Musée d’art contemporain, the Compagnie Marie Chouinard, the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal’s board of sponsors, Génération d’idées and the Space For Life Foundation.
